Watchdog slams ICE detention practices: Problems went unaddressed for 'years'

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement failed to adequately monitor hundreds of detention facilities housing more than 35,000 individuals for several years, according to a watchdog report released Friday by the inspector general of the Department of Homeland Security.
